If an order is placed and you wish to cancel before development or architectural planning has commenced (within 24 hours of payment verification), a full refund minus any third-party transaction fees will be issued.
Once work has begun, milestone-based partial refunds may be considered based on the percentage of project work completed up to the date of cancellation request.
Due to the custom nature of code and digital deliverables, completed projects delivered according to agreed specifications are non-refundable. Revisions are provided as specified in the service package.
